This notice covers the owner-operated KNYK Production Automation application. The application uses YouTube API Services. It is operated for the Korea, Now You Know channel and does not accept other users' channels.
Google authorization provides access and refresh tokens and the connected channel's identifier and name. The requested YouTube permissions support managing the owner's videos and reading channel analytics. During the current migration, channel identification and token refresh have been tested; automated uploads and analytics collection are not yet enabled. As those features are activated, the application will process the approved video package, upload status, publication metadata and channel-level performance results needed for the owner's workflow.
Information is used to verify the intended channel, carry out the owner's approved production and publishing instructions, recover interrupted operations and evaluate channel performance. Credentials and operational records are stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator with restricted access. Google passwords are not collected by this application. Credentials are not included in production prompts or public reports.
The application communicates with Google and YouTube to perform the authorized functions. People and tools authorized by the operator may process operational information to maintain the system. Production inputs may be processed by the AI and media services used in the owner's workflow. OAuth credentials are not shared with those media services. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Analytics processing remains disabled during this migration.
The operator retains credentials while the channel connection is needed and operational records while they are needed for the workflow. The owner can request disconnection or deletion of application-held Google data by contacting taewon.yun@feytwinresearch.com. The operator will remove the applicable credentials and stored Google data within seven days of a verified request. Deleting application-held data does not delete videos from YouTube; changing or deleting a YouTube video requires a separate owner instruction.
The owner can revoke this application's Google access at any time through Google Account connections. Revocation stops new authorized API requests; a request to the operator also removes the application's retained data. Script and final-package approvals control production actions and do not replace Google account authorization.
This site is hosted by Google Sites. Google may process connection and browser information according to its privacy policy. The operator has not added advertising, analytics tags, registration forms or embedded videos to this site.
Questions, complaints and deletion requests can be sent to taewon.yun@feytwinresearch.com. This notice will be updated when the application's data practices change, including before new analytics processing is enabled.
